Spark erosion

Also called EDM internationally, or the abbreviations of Electrical discharge machining spark erosion is carried out by unconventional machines working by removing metal. Machining tools by wire EDM or by sinking or even with rapid drilling which have in common to operate with electrical stresses during manufacture and to achieve a perfect precision result, whatever the nature of the metal to be worked . After having carried out a micro drilling, the wire can be introduced and pass through the emerging metal.

Spark erosion is really a technology perfectly suited to the production of high precision mechanical parts, prototypes, single parts, small and medium series parts. In addition, this process does not produce chips. The machined parts are then assembled in special machines or mechanical assemblies, directly in-house or at the customer's premises. Micro Erosion machines are all digitally controlled and two oil machines are robotic, ewhopped with a 10-position palletizer.
